Nasty Girl

3 Rounds:

50 squats
7 muscle ups (from my knees with no press up)
10 hanging power cleans 135# (66#)

16:41 This is the first time I've ever done this workout and it was horrible. Troy told me that I did the first 2 rounds in a total of 9 minutes and then slowed all the way down to 7+ minutes for the 3rd round. I was gassed going into the 3rd. The muscle ups were making my legs shaky and the arms were fatigued too which meant that the squats took forever and the power cleans were done 2 or 3 at a time.
