Pull Ups Burpees Squats 100m

3 Rounds:

25 pull ups (jumping)
10 man makers (modified burpees)
25 squats
100m sprint

I finally got back after a 2 week layoff caused by a severe lack of motivation. I did the burpees without the pushup and actually started to get a little closer to landing in a squat. There's still a mental block preventing me from removing my hands from the floor before my feet are planted. The squats felt good and were all below parallel. The 100m didn't come close to resembling a sprint and I had a serious case of leg wobble on the 3rd round. All in all I felt pretty good with my result tonight.
